The MGJ6T12F24MC-R7 from Murata Power Solutions is MGJ6 full bridge series 5.2KVDC isolated 6W triple output gate drive SM DC/DC converter. The MGJ6 series of DC/DC converters is ideal for powering ‘high side’ and ‘low side’ gate drive circuits simultaneously for IGBTs, silicon and silicon carbide Mosfets in half bridge circuits. The MGJ6 series is characterised for high isolation and dv/dt requirements commonly seen in bridge circuits used in motor drives and inverters.
- Input voltage range from 9V to 18V
- Rated (isolated) output voltage/current is 24V/62.5mA at output 1 VHA / output 2 VHB
- Rated (isolated) output voltage/current is 24V/125mA at output 3 VL
- Output power is 1.5W at output 1 VHA / output 2 VHB and 3W at output 3 VL
- Maximum load regulation is 3%, maximum ripple noise is 200mVp-p
- Efficiency of 84%, no opto feedback
- Characterised dv/dt immunity 80KV/μs at 1.6KV, DC link voltage 3KVDC
- Ultra low coupling capacitance typically 15pF
- 105°C operating temperature
- 3 isolated o/p voltages for powering IGBT/SiC & Mosfet gate drives simultaneously in 3ph bridge
