Submit an order before the cut-off time to shorten your delivery time
When selecting the shipping method, orders of in-stock items will be shipped out either the same day or next business day depending on the cut-off time listed below. Items being transferred from other global warehouses may require additional time for delivery.
- In stock items ordered before the cut-off time will ship out the same day the order is placed.

Shipping Options
We offer a variety of shipping methods for your order. Once your order is shipped, we'll notify you via email, informing you of the tracking number (if available) so you always know where your order is. Below you can find more information on our shipping options.
- Standard delivery
We use UPS for next day delivery to all major cities in US. Please add additional days for remote locations. All deliveries will be shipped UPS with the cost based on the UPS published rates per destination. Shipment greater than 150lbs will ship via LTL or truck with the cost based on the actual weight. - Air shipments
For urgent delivery, select a next day or priority overnight shipment method. We offer a variety of air shipment services. - Ground shipments
For large, heavy items over 150 lbs and/or for special handling, select a ground method. - Saturday delivery
When and where possible, items may be delivered on Saturday depending on your choice of shipping and whether you submit your order before the cut-off time. However this cannot always be guaranteed. Orders submitted on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out the next business day.
Backorders
Items on backorder will be shipped when they arrive back in stock. If you place an order that has one or more items on backorder you can choose whether to have all items shipped together or to receive the items currently in stock as soon as possible.
Options for backorders
- Backorder allowed
We'll ship in-stock items immediately and place any out-of-stock items on backorder. Backordered items will be shipped as they become available. Therefore, your order may arrive in single or multiple shipments. - Ship order complete
If any items in your order are out of stock, we'll hold your entire order until all items become available. Your order will then arrive in one shipment.

Some organisations allow their buyers to use the same card for purchases. If a previous user removes the right for the card to be stored, we will no longer be able to store the card. Simply re-enter the card details and select to store the card for future use.
