MCXA143VLH is a MCXA143 series Arm Cortex®-M33 MCU for industrial and consumer IoT applications with USB FS, serial interface, 32bit counter/timers, FlexPWM, 12bit 4.0Msamples/sec ADC, comparator, and temperature sensor. Industrial strength communication protocol support, BLDC/ PMSM motor control support, integrated sensor interfaces (MIPI-I³C, I²C, SPI). Target applications include industrial and consumer IoT, industrial communications, smart metering, motor control, automation and control, and sensors.
- Single arm cortex-M33 core, No FPU, no DSP extension instruction set, no TrustZone, no MPU
- 59µA/MHz in active mode (CoreMark executing from flash, 3.3V at 25°C )
- 128KB flash, 32KB SRAM, 48MHz core cortex M33, 4KB core cache, 52 GIPO
- Cortex-M33 CPU, multilayer bus matrix, one 4-CH DMA, supports asynchronous DMA
- Single-bank flash up to 128KB FLASH with ECC (support one bit correction and two bits detection)
- Cache engine with 4KB RAM, 16KB ROM, RAM can be retained down to deep power down mode
- Life cycle management, flash read/write/execute permission protect by MBC and lockable
- Code watchdog for code flow integrity checking, 1x 12-bit ADC
- Read out protection from flash with 3 levels of factory access control to customize returns handling
- 64-pin LQFP package, junction temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
