The SPM-LR series 4020 type from TDK are commercial grade magnetic shield type wire wound inductors for power circuits using a metallic magnetic material.
- Inductance value range from 0.47μH to 10μH
- Low profile product
- Maximum DCR value range from 11.8mohm to 284.1mohm, Isat current range from 2.3A to 14.1A
- Low inductance variance in high temperature environments with good DC superimposition characteristic
- Inductive tolerance of ±20%
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- Compared to ferrite wound type inductors, possible to achieve large current, low Rdc and compactness
- Dimensions is 4.4mm x 4.1mm x 2mm (L x W x H)
