Delivery from UK Stock
If you choose to order a product from our UK warehouse, delivery is:
- 4–6 working days for in stock products
- A single handling and airfreight charge per order, covering duty and international transport regardless of the number of items (fee to be defined)
- No minimum order value or quantity
- Customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes

Please note
- Additional delivery terms may apply
- Your invoice may be issued shortly before dispatch
- Products are supplied in Newark packaging with delivery documents in English
- UK stock items cannot be cancelled or returned except in cases covered by warranty or guarantee
- Items from UK stock will be delivered separately from US stock items
- Product specifications such as length and weight may appear in metric or US measurements

Backorders
If you place an order that has one or more items on backorder you can choose one of the following options:
- Backorder allowed
Newark ships in-stock items immediately and places any out-of-stock items on backorder. Backordered items will be shipped as they become available. Therefore, your order may arrive in single or multiple shipments.
- Ship order complete
If any items in your order are out of stock, we'll hold your entire order until all items become available. Your order will then arrive in one shipment.
Split Shipments/Backorders Shipping Charges:
An order which ships from multiple Newark distribution centers or which includes one or more backordered items will only be charged a single shipping charge at the rate in effect on the date of the order. Exclusions include orders:
- Orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States, Canada and Mexico;
- Orders for items drop-shipped by Newark’s vendor;
- Orders for which you specify a specific delivery date and/or orders for dedicated stock held by Newark on your behalf;
- Orders containing hazardous materials;
- Orders split into separate shipments at your request; and
- Orders shipped via a shipping method other than Newark Flat Rate.
The selection of carrier is at Newark's discretion. Newark is not responsible for carrier errors or faults, Acts of God, power outages, natural disasters, war risks, acts of terrorism, acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, insufficient information provided by a customer, governmental decrees or controls, labor disruptions, civil unrest, and adverse weather conditions. Shipping Options
Newark offers a variety of shipping methods for your order. Once your order is shipped, we'll notify you via email, informing you of the tracking number (if available) so you always know where your order is. Below you can find more information on our shipping options.
- Air shipments
We use UPS for next day delivery to all major cities in US. Please add additional days for remote locations. For urgent delivery, select a next day or priority overnight shipment method. We offer a variety of air shipment services.
- Ground shipments
Items weighing over 150 lbs and/or requiring special handling will be shipped via ground method.
- Saturday delivery
Only available when using collect accounts (Carrier rules/availability may apply)
Damaged Shipments & Delivery Issues
If your shipment arrives damaged:
- Contact customer support immediately at 1 800 463 9275 or customerservice@newark.com
- Provide order details and photos
Order Tracking
You can check the status of your order at any time through your Newark online account.
How to Track Your Order
- Log in to your Newark account.
- Go to My Account and select Order Status & Tracking.
- Your most recent orders will appear at the top of the list.
- Select the order you want to review.
- If tracking is available, a tracking number will appear in the Tracking column. Click the number to view the latest carrier updates.
Important Notes
- Some shipping methods may not provide tracking information.
- If your order has just been placed, it may take a short time before tracking appears.
- If you need help, customer service is available Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–8:00PM ET.
Returns & Cancellations
- Some items cannot be canceled or returned (such as UK stock items or vendor/direct ship products) except for warranty cases
