B58035U5106M001 is a flex assembly (FA) series capacitor for fast-switching semiconductor suitable for use in power converters and inverters and DC link/snubber capacitor for power converters and inverters.
- High ripple current capability and high temperature robustness
- Low equivalent serial inductance (ESL) and low equivalent serial resistance (ESR)
- Low power loss and low dielectric absorption
- Optimized for high frequencies up to several MHz
- Increasing capacitance with DC bias up to operating voltage
- High capacitance density
- Minimized dielectric loss at high temperatures
- Qualification based on AEC-Q200 rev. D
- Copper inner and silver outer electrodes, silver coated copper lead frame, epoxy resin adhesive
- Suitable for reflow soldering only
