The VS-T50RIA40 is a 50A medium power Phase Control Thyristor designed and qualified for industrial level. This power module offers simplified mechanical designs and rapid assembly. The semiconductors are electrically isolated from the metal base, allowing common heat sinks and compact assemblies to be built.
