The VS-P405W is a 6-pin high-voltage Phase Control Thyristor with isolating baseplate, mechanical designs are greatly simplified giving advantage of reduced size. The thyristor is applicable for power supplies, control circuits and battery chargers. Glass passivated junctions for greater reliability. Electrically isolated base plate. Available up to 1200 VRRM/VDRM. It features high dynamic characteristics, simplified mechanical design and assembly.
