TLP3546A(TP1,F(O is a photorelay that consists of a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared light emitting diode. It is housed in a 6-pin DIP package. The low ON-state resistance and the high permissible ONstate current of the TLP3546A and TLP3546AF make it suitable for power line control applications. Suitable for mechanical relay replacements, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), security systems, factory automation (FA), measuring instruments applications.

- OFF-state output terminal voltage of 100V (min)
- Trigger LED current is 3mA (max)
- ON-state current is 3.5A (max) (A connection)
