TC7WZ32FU,LJ(CT is a dual 2-input OR gate IC (CMOS digital silicon monolithic IC).
- Supply voltage range from 1.65V to 5.5V
- 5.5V tolerant inputs, 5.5V power down protection output
- High output current is ±24mA (min) at VCC = 3.0V
- Matches the performance of TC74LCX series when operated at 3.3V VCC
- Input leakage current is ±1µA max at (VIN = 5.5V or GND, 0 to 5.5V, Ta = 25°C)
- Quiescent supply current is 1µA max at (VIN = 5.5V or GND, 1.65 to 5.5V, Ta = 25°C)
- Propagation delay time is 2.4ns typ at (5.0 ±0.5V, RL = 500 ohm, Ta = 25°C, input: tr = tf = 3ns)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
