IAF05020A006V-003-R is a iAF series non-isolated SMT point of load DC-DC converter. It includes overcurrent protection. Application includes industrial, test, comm, broadcast. Certified by IEC60950-1, CSA60950-1, UL60950-1, IEC62368-1, CSA62368-1, UL62368-1.
- Input voltage range from 2.4 to 5.5VDC, rated output voltage is 600mVdc
- Maximum output power is 72.6W, typical efficiency is 93.5%, output current range from 0 to 20A
- Fully optimized control loop with excellent transient response
- No external loop tuning components needed
- DOSA compatible footprint, ideal for second sourcing
- LGA or EPC format, choice of layout
