TSC101BIYLT is a high side current sense amplifier. This amplifier measures a small differential voltage on a high-side shunt resistor and translates it into a ground-referenced output voltage. The gain is internally fixed. It has wide input common-mode voltage range and a low quiescent current. This amplifier is widely used in application such as automotive current monitoring, notebook computers, DC motor controls, photovoltaic systems, battery chargers, precision current sources etc.
- Independent supply and input common-mode voltages
- Common-mode operating voltage range from 2.8V to 30V
- Common-mode surviving range from -0.3V to 60V (load-dump)
- Supply voltage range from 4V to 24V
- Low current consumption ICCmax is 300μA
- Buffered output
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
