TD352IDT is an advanced gate driver for IGBTs and power MOSFETs. Control and protection functions are included and allow the design of high reliability systems. The innovative active miller clamp function eliminates the need for negative gate drive in most applications and allows the use of a simple bootstrap supply for the high side driver. It includes an adjustable turn-on delay. This feature can be used to implement reliable deadtime between high and low sides of a half bridge. An external resistor and capacitor are used to provide accurate timing. It is used in applications such as 1200V 3-phase inverter, motor control systems, UPS.
