LM2903WHYST

LM2903WHYST is a low-power, dual-voltage comparator. It is designed specifically to operate from a single supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible. The input common-mode voltage range includes negative rail even though operated from a single power supply voltage. All pins are protected against electrostatic discharge upto 2KV. Consequently, the input voltages must not exceed the VCC+ or VCC- magnitudes.

• Wide single supply voltage range or dual supplies: 2V to 36V or ±1V to ±18V
• Supply current is 0.4mA typical at (VCC = 5V, no load)
• Input bias current is 25nA typical at (VCC+ = 5V, VCC- = GND, Tamb = 25°C)
• Input offset current is 5nA typical at (VCC+ = 5V, VCC- = GND, Tamb = 25°C)
• Input common-mode voltage range includes negative rail
• Low level output voltage is 250mV typical at (Vid = -1V, Isink = 4mA)
• Differential input voltage range equal to the supply voltage
• TTL, DTL, ECL, MOS, CMOS compatible, ESD internal protection: 2kV
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 150°C
