RTB-K15

The RTB-K15 from Rohde & Schwarz is a history and segmented memory. The R&S®RTB-K15 option with deep, segmented memory analyzes signal sequences over a long observation period. For example, protocol-based signals with communications gaps such as I2C or SPI can be captured over several seconds or minutes. The variable segment size from 10Ksample to 10Msample, the 160Msample memory is optimally utilized, more than 13000 cohesive individual recordings are possible. In history mode, previous acquisitions to the maximum segmented memory depth of 160Msample are available for further analysis. Mask tests, QuickMeas function and FFT can be used for further analysis.
