RT-ZHD16.02

RT-ZHD16.02 is a high-voltage differential probe. It is designed to safely measure high-voltage floating circuits using a grounded oscilloscope. The probe extends the measurement capability of oscilloscopes in measuring electronic power converters, inverters, motor speed controls, switch mode power supplies, and many other applications. The RT-ZHD high voltage differential probe conforms to the safety requirements for CAT III measurement instruments and pollution degree 2 according to IEC 61010-031. The maximum working voltage between each input lead and earth ground applies for all attenuation settings.

• DC - 200MHz bandwidth
• Dynamic range (differential input) is ±1500V attenuation high, ±150V attenuation low
• Operating voltage window (each pin to GND) is ±1500V
• Differential offset is ±2000V
• 10Mohm differential input resistance, 2pF differential input capacitance
• Measurement error is <lt/> 0.1 %
• 1000V CAT III, 1000V RMS/6800VPK maximum input voltage to earth (each terminal)
• Micro button, overrange indication
• Switchable attenuation, switchable bandwidth limit
