The LS431650 is a 500A POW-R-BLOK™ single SCR Isolated Module is designed for use in applications requiring rectification and isolated packaging. The module is isolated for easy mounting with other components on a common heat sink. POW-R-BLOK™ has been tested and recognized by the Underwriters Laboratories.
- 1600V Vdrm/Vrrm Repetitive peak forward and reverse blocking voltage
- Electrically isolated heat sinking
