The CD431290C is a 90A POW-R-BLOK™ dual SCR Isolated Module designed for use in applications requiring phase control and isolated packaging. The module is isolated for easy mounting with other components on a common heat sink.
- 1200V Vdrm/Vrrm Repetitive peak forward and reverse blocking voltage
- Electrically isolated heat sinking
- Compression bonded for increased power cycling capability
- Low thermal impedance for improved current capability
- UL recognized (E78240)
- No additional insulation components required
- Easy installation
