AQZ192

The AQZ192 is a PhotoMOS® DC high capacity MOSFET Relay with SPST-NO contact configuration. The MOSFET relay features extremely low on resistance and extremely low closed circuit offset voltage to enable control of low-level analog signals without distortion. Eliminate the need for a counter electromotive protection diode in the drive circuit on the input side and the need for a power supply to drive the power MOSFET. It is suitable for photovoltaic power generation system, battery system and power supply unit.
