AFM-01NO is an AFM series air flow monitor. It provides simple and alternative way to indicate positive or negative air flow of fans or bowlers. When it is properly installed and connected in series with an optical LED or audible signaling device. A bi-directional switch will activate an electrical contact will make the air flow of the fan falls below 8.2ft/s and turning the signaling device on or off. The AFM monitor can also be attached to an existing plastic grill or guard.
- Reed magnet contact type, service life upto >100,000 cycles
- Hysteresis is 3.3ft/s (1m/s) - fixed
- NO with mounting clip, clamp (for attaching to existing fan assembly), contact closed with air flow
- Maximum switching voltage is 60VDC (NO)
- Maximum switching current is 170mA DC (NO)
- Maximum switching capacity is 10W (resistive load)
- NEMA1 (IP20) protection type, plastic, UL 94HB, black housing
- Attachment clamp and clip, or integrated in protective plastic grill (mounting)
- Dimension is 34 x 17.5 x 7.5mm
- Operating temperature range from -20°C to 50°C
