SNAP-AIARMS-I

SNAP-AIARMS-I is a SNAP isolated analog input module. It provides an input range of 0 to 10amps RMS AC/DC. An ideal input is the 5-amp secondary of a standard current transformer used to monitor AC line current. This module may also be used to monitor AC current to greater than a 100amp range, using a current transformer of a suitable ratio. The SNAP-AIARMS-i-FM module is factory mutual approved. The two channels are isolated from each other, this do not share any field connection. This module is ideal for differential current measurements.

• 0.005ohms input resistance, 11amps AC/DC maximum input
• Accuracy (AC) is ±8mA and ±0.2% reading
• Resolution is 400µA, DC reversal ±16mA (0.16%)
• Input response time (step change) is 63.2% (6.32A) in 50ms
• Data freshness (max) is 0.025ms, DC common mode rejection is <gt/>-120dB
• AC common mode rejection is <gt/>-120dB at 60Hz
• Maximum operating voltage between channels is 250V
• Isolation is 1500V (transformer), isolation channel to channel is 250V continuous
• Power requirements is 5VDC (±0.15V) at 200mA, wire size range from 22 to 14AWG
• Lifetime warranty, operating ambient temperature range from -20°C to 70°C
