MC74HC32ADG is a high-performance silicon-gate CMOS, quad 2-input OR gate. It is identical in pinout to the LS32. The device input is compatible with standard CMOS outputs; with pullup resistors, this is compatible with LSTTL outputs.
- Output drive capability: 10 LSTTL loads
- Outputs directly interface to CMOS, NMOS and TTL
- Operating voltage range from 2.0 to 6.0V
- Low input current is 1µA
- High Noise Immunity Characteristic of CMOS Devices
- In Compliance With the JEDEC Standard No. 7A Requirements
- Chip Complexity: 48 FETs or 12 Equivalent Gates
- Input rise and fall time is 1000ns max (VCC = 2.0V)
- Maximum input leakage current is ±0.1µA (Vin = VCC or GND, -55 to 25°C)
- SOIC-14 NB package, operating temperature range from -55 to +125°C
