The GBPC3504W is a 4-pin single-phase Bridge Rectifier Diode with integrally moulded heat-sink provided very low thermal resistance for maximum heat dissipation. It has glass passivated junction with silver finish terminals solderable per MIL-STD-202, Method 208 for the wire type.
- 300 to 400A Surge overload rating
- Isolated voltage from case to lead over 2500V
- 280V Maximum RMS bridge input voltage
- -55 to 150°C Operating temperature range
