The G6K-2F-RF-V DC12 from Omron Electronic Components is a 8GHz band miniature DPDT high frequency relay for high-speed differential transmission signal switching. This high-frequency has insertion loss of 3dB or less at 8GHz and rated power consumption of 100mW with high sensitivity. Typical applications include semiconductor test equipment, test & measurement equipment and communication equipment.
- Miniaturized to 11.7mm x 7.9mm x 7.1mm (L x W x H)
- Outside-L surface mounting terminals
- Rated coil voltage is 12VDC, rated current is 9.1mA, coil resistance is 1315ohm
- Rated carry current is 1A
- Maximum switching voltage is 125VAC or 60VDC, maximum switching current is 1A
- Maximum contact resistance is 100mohm, minimum insulation resistance is 500Mohm at 500VDC
