Descrição geral do produto
FSW-160 heavy duty paddle flow switch. This switch is used to signal, start or stop electronically operated equipment when flow or no-flow conditions occur. Its elastomeric sealing system is superior to the metal bellows that are subject to metal fatigue and corrosion. This seal system has been field-proven for over a decade. This can be used in pipes 1inch and larger, with set-points as low as 4GPM to over 500GPM in larger pipe sizes. It uses a 15A SPDT micro switch that can control a 1/2 horsepower motor.
- Multiple quick-change paddles, 1 NPT, adjustable set-point
- EPDM seal, field adjustable set points
- Direct replacement for most paddle-type flow switches
- High flow sensitivity, stainless steel paddles and shaft
- NEMA 1 (IP10) enclosure
- 2 year warranty
- Working line pressure of 200PSIG maximum [proof tested to 1200PSIG at 21ºC (70˚F)]
- Working temperature is 121ºC maximum continuous
- Brass body and lid, 304 stainless steel shaft, 316 stainless steel paddle, EPDM switch
- SPDT 15A, 1/2HP at 125/250VAC, 0.5A at 125VDC and 0.25A at 250VDC (tungsten lamp) switch
