FXPS7140P7ST1 is a PSI5 compatible absolute and relative pressure sensor.
- Absolute pressure range from 40kPa to 140kPa, ±7.0% accuracy
- Discovery mode support for physical location identification
- Command and response mode support for device configuration
- Periodic data collection mode support for sensor data transfers
- Background diagnostics mode support during periodic data collection mode
- Programmable time slots with 1µs resolution, 10bit data length for relative pressure
- Selectable error detection: even parity, or 3-bit CRC, two-wire programming mode
- Redundant pressure transducers, capacitance to voltage converter with anti-aliasing filter
- Sigma delta ADC plus sinc filter, 0.16Hz, 1-pole LPF for P0 value
- HQFN16 package, operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
