The BF545B is a N-channel Silicon JFET housed in surface-mount plastic package. It offers low leakage level, high gain and low cut-off voltage. It is designed for use with impedance converters in electrets microphones and infra-red detectors and VHF amplifiers in oscillators and mixers applications.
