Descrição geral do produto
TL431MFDT,215 is an adjustable precision shunt regulator. It is a three-terminal shunt regulator with an output voltage range between Vref = 2.495V and 36V, to be set by two external resistors. It is used in applications such as shunt regulators, precision current limiter, precision constant current sink, isolated feedback loop for switch mode power supply (SMPS).
- Programmable output voltage upto 36V
- Three different reference voltage tolerances: standard grade: 2%, A-grade: 1%, B-grade: 0.5%
- Reference voltage is 2495mV typical at (VKA = Vref; IK = 10mA)
- Dynamic cathode-anode impedance is 0.20 ohm typ at (IK = 0.1mA to 100mA; VKA = Vref; f <lt/> 1KHz)
- Low output noise, sink current capability: 1mA to 100mA
- Electrostatic discharge voltage is 4KV maximum at (Tamb = 25°C)
- Off-state current is 1μA maximum at (VKA = 36V; Vref = 0)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- SOT23 package
