MT25QL256ABA8E12-0AAT is a high-performance multiple input/output serial NOR flash memory device. It features a high-speed SPI-compatible bus interface, execute-in-place (XIP) functionality, advanced write protection mechanisms, and extended address access. Innovative, high-performance, dual and quad input/output commands enable double or quadruple the transfer bandwidth for read and program operations.
- Operating voltage range from 2.7V to 3.6V
- 256Mb (32MB) density
- 1 die stacked
- 64KB sectors, 4KB and 32KB subsectors
- Additional reset and hold pin
- Standard default security
- Automotive grade AEC-Q100 qualified
