RUEF300

The RUEF300 from TE Connectivity is a radial leaded PolySwitch resettable device. It provides engineers with more design flexibility. The higher voltage ratings allow this device to use in new applications and it is compatible with high volume electronics assembly.

• UL, CSA, TUV and CQC approved
• Hold current of 3A at room temperature
• Maximum voltage of 30V
• Maximum current of 100A
• Trip current of 6A at room temperature
• Maximum resistance of 0.08ohm at 20°C (1hr post trip)
• Operation temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• UL94 V-0 flame retardant epoxy polymer insulation
