RUEF250

The RUEF250 from TE Connectivity is a radial leaded PolySwitch resettable device. It provides engineers with more design flexibility. The higher voltage ratings allow this device to use in new applications and it is compatible with high volume electronics assembly.

• Low resistance
• UL, CSA, TUV and CQC approved
• Hold current of 2.5A at room temperature
• Maximum voltage of 30V
• Maximum current of 100A
• Trip current of 5A at room temperature
• Maximum resistance of 0.07ohm at 20°C (1hr post trip)
• Operation temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• UL94 V-0 flame retardant epoxy polymer insulation
