CLA30MT1200NPZ-TRL is a high efficiency thyristor. Applications includes line rectifying 50/60Hz, soft start AC motor control, lighting and temperature control, DC motor control, power converter, AC power control.
- TRIAC for line frequency, three quadrants operation: QI–QIII
- Planar passivated chip
- Long-term stability of blocking currents and voltages
- Epoxy meets UL 94V-0
- High creepage distance between terminals
- Up to 1200V voltage class, 30A current rating, 1 ~ TRIAC configuration
- 1200V reverse voltage
- Total power dissipation is 130W (TC = 25°C)
- Forward voltage drop is 1.35V max (IT= 15A, Tvj = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
