TLE9104SHXUMA1 is a smart quad channel low-side powertrain switch in smart power technology (SPT) with four open drain DMOS output stages. It is protected by embedded protection functions and designed for automotive powertrain applications. The output stages can be controlled directly by parallel inputs for PWM applications (for example gasoline multiport injection) or by SPI. It is best suited for automotive Powertrain applications. It can be used as driver IC for inductive and ohmic actuators such as injectors, solenoids and relays.
- Configurable overcurrent protection, overtemperature protection, open load detection
- Short circuit to GND detection, electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection
- 16-Bit SPI (for diagnostic and control), soldering - automated optical inspection capability
- Qualified for automotive applications, product validation according to AEC-Q100/101
- Signal supply voltage range from 3 to 5.5V (Tj=-40°C to +150°C)
- Analog supply voltage range from 4.5 to 5.5V (Tj=-40°C to +150°C)
- Output clamping voltage range from 50 to 60V (output OFF, Tj=-40°C to +150°C)
- Typical on-state resistance CH 1-4 is 150mohm (Tj=25°C)
- Supply current is 10mA max (VDD=4.5 to 5.5V, VIO=3 to 5.5V, Tj=-40 to +150°C)
- PG-DSO-20-88 package, operating temperature range from -40 to 150°C
