TLE5014SP16E0001XUMA1 is an SSC interface, single die, GMR-based angle sensor. The TLE5014SP16 E0001 is an iGMR (integrated GMR) based angle sensor with a high-speed serial interface (SSC interface). It provides highly accurate angular position information for various applications.
- Fast SSC interface up to 8MHz, Giant Magneto Resistance (GMR)-based principle
- Integrated magnetic field sensing for angle measurement
- 360° angle measurement, 112 bit customer ID (programmable)
- EEPROM for storage of configuration (e.g. zero angle) and customer specific ID
- 15bit representation of absolute angle value on the output
- Max. 1° angle error over lifetime and temperature range
- 32 point look-up table to correct for systematic angle errors (e.g. magnetic circuit)
- ESD: 4 kV (HBM) on VDD and 2kV (HBM) on output pins, AEC qualified
- Operating supply voltage range from 3.0 to 5.5V
- PG-TDSO-16 package, ambient temperature range from -40 to 125°C
