Descrição geral do produto
IRS4427STRPBF is a low voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT dual low-side driver. Proprietary latch-immune CMOS technologies enable ruggedized monolithic construction. The logic input is compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL output. The output driver features a high pulse current buffer stage designed for minimum driver cross-conduction. Propagation delays between two channels are matched. Typical application includes general purpose dual low side driver, and DC-DC converters.
- Gate drive supply range from 6V to 20V, general driver topology
- CMOS Schmitt-triggered inputs, 3.3V and 5V logic compatible, outputs in phase with inputs
- Two independent gate drivers, matched propagation delay for both channels
- Output voltage range from 6V to 20V
- Output high short circuit pulsed current is 2.3A typ (VO=0V, VIN=5V, TA=25°C)
- Output low short circuit pulsed current is 3.3A typ (VO=15V, VIN=COM, TA=25°C)
- Turn-on and off propagation delay is 50ns typ (VCC=15V, TA=25°C, and CL=1000pF)
- Fixed supply voltage range from 6 to 20V (VCC=15V)
- Quiescent VCC supply current is 100µA typ (VIN=0V or 5V, VCC=15V, TA=25°C)
- SOIC8N package, ambient temperature range from -40 to 125°C
