This benefit combined with the fast switching speed and ruggedized device design that HEXFET power MOSFETs are well known for, providing the designer with an extremely efficient and reliable device for use in a wide variety of other applications.

- Fast switching, fully avalanche rated
- Continuous drain current VGS at 10V is 110A
- Maximum power dissipation is 200W
- Linear derating factor is 1.3W/°C
