BTS710336ESAXUMA1 is a SPOC™ +2 serial interface power controller. It is suitable for resistive, inductive and capacitive loads, replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits, driving capability suitable for 3A and 1.5A loads and high inrush current loads such as 27W bulb or equivalent electronic loads (e.g. LED modules) and 10W bulb or equivalent electronic loads (e.g. LED modules).
- High-side switch with diagnosis and embedded protection
- Daisy chain capable SPI, 3.3 and 5V compatible logic pins, short circuit to ground and battery
- Slew rate control for all channels, reverseON for low power dissipation in reverse polarity
- Switch ON capability while inverse current condition (InverseON), open load in ON and OFF state
- Absolute and dynamic temperature limitation with controlled restart
- Overcurrent protection (tripping) with programmable restart control and current threshold
- Undervoltage shutdown, overvoltage protection with external components, diagnosis feedback via SPI
- Limp home mode, monitoring of Input pin status, checksum verification of configuration registers
- Qualified for automotive applications, product validation according to AEC-Q100 Grade 1
- PG-TSDSO-24 package, junction temperature range from -40 to 150°C
