060-0571-06 is a precision low profile load cell. This bonded foil, strain gauge load cell is engineered to measure load. It is designed with the threaded hole running completely through the center of the cell. It utilizes two stabilizing diaphragms, which are welded to the sensing member to reduce off-center and side-loading effects. It provides high performance in non-linearity, hysteresis, and repeatability specifications for such applications as tube mills, extruding processes and weighing.
- 0.1% accuracy, double diaphragm design, load capacity is 1000lbs
- Compression/tension operation, infinite resolution
- Bonded foil strain gauge type, 10VDC excitation (calibration)
- 5000mOhma at 50VDC insulation resistance, 350 ohm nominal bridge resistance (tolerance)
- Zero balance (tolerance) is ±1% full scale, carbon steel material (than or equal to 300000lb)
- Operating temperature range from -54°C to 121°C
