81228T is a 3/8" drive 90-tooth compact head stubby teardrop ratchet 4-1/2". It has 4 degree swing arc and low profile head to give easier access to hard to turn fasteners. The compact head ratchet comes with a 3/8" drive tang but the head width of a 1/4" drive ratchet, providing better access in tight spaces.
