ECH3010PPAT-1 is a type ECH, M30, high temperature proximity sensor capacitive for non-flush mounting with PNP open collector output. The sensor is provided with a separate PTFE sensor head in M30 for temperature application within the range of -196°C and +180°C ambient temperature, e.g. plastic pellet/resin detection in plastic injection molding machines and drying equipment, and detection of hot wax as used in e.g. car manufacturing.
- Adjustable sensing distance: 4 to 15mm, factory set for 10mm
- Power supply range from 10 to 40VDC
- 80Nm tightening torque (Sensor)
- Protection: reverse polarity, short-circuit, transients
- LED-indication for output ON, separate amplifier and sensor, plug connection
- Rated operational voltage range from 12 to 36VDC/10 to 40VDC (ripple incl.)
- ≤ 200mA rated operational current, ≤ 2.0V voltage drop
- IP 67 (Nema 1, 3, 4, 6, 13) protection
- Operating temperature range from -25 to +70°C
