TC7WU04FU,LF(T is a CMOS digital silicon monolithic IC. It is a high-speed CMOS inverter fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. It achieves the high-speed operation similar to equivalent LSTTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. As the internal circuit is composed of single stage inverter, it can be applied for crystal oscillation. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge or transient excess voltage.
- Low power dissipation ICC is 1µA (max) at Ta = 25°C
- High noise immunity: VNIH = VNIL = 10% VCC (min)
- Output drive capability is 10 LSTTL loads
- Symmetrical output impedance is IOH = IOL = 4mA (min)
- Balanced propagation delay is tpLH ∼− tpHL
- Supply voltage range from 2V to 6V
- Quiescent supply current is 1µA max at (VIN = VCC or GND, 6V, Ta = 25°C)
- Propagation delay time is 4ns typ at (CL = 15pF, VCC = 5V, Ta = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- SSOP8 package
