REF01HSA+

The REF01HSA+ is a precision voltage reference in 8 pin NSOIC package. This industry standard voltage reference has single supply operation over an input voltage range of 13V to 33V. The stable 10V output of this device can be adjusted over a ±6% range with minimal effect on temperature stability. The REF01H offers low current drain of 1mA. This device is used in analogue to digital converters, digital to analogue converters, digital voltmeters, voltage regulators and threshold detectors.

• Short circuit protected
• Output voltage noise of 20μVP-P (0.1Hz to 10Hz)
• Quiescent supply current of 1mA
• Load current of 21mA and sink current of 0.5mA
