The MAX9062EUK+T is an ultra-small, low power single comparator in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This is a single comparator with an internal 0.2V reference and features either a push-pull or an open-drain output. The device consumes only 700nA (max) supply current.
- Supply voltage range is -0.3V to 5.5V, 1V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Equivalent to two 0402 resistor's footprint
- Propagation delay of 15μs at VCC = 3.3V
- Power supply rejection ratio is 53dB
- Power-up time (tON) is 3ms
