The MAX6071BAUT12+T is a low noise, high precision series voltage reference with 1.25V output voltage in 6 pin SOT-23 package. This device consumes 130μA (TA = 25°C) of supply current and can sink and source up to 10mA of load current. The low drift, low noise and stable performance over temperature and time improve system accuracy. This device is used in precision instrumentation, precision current sources, high resolution ADCs and DACs.

- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- Output voltage accuracy of 0.08%
- Output voltage temperature drift of 2ppm/°C
- Supply voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V
- Low 1/f noise voltage of 3.6μVP-P (0.1Hz to 10Hz)
- High ripple rejection of 100dB at F=60Hz
