MAX313LEUE+

The MAX313LEUE+ is a quad, +3V logic compatible SPST analogue switch in 16 pin TSSOP package. This switch is +3V logic compatible when powered from ±15V or +12V supplies. It conducts equally well in either direction and offers low leakage over temperature (2.5nA at +85°C). It is used in test equipment, audio signal routing, data acquisition systems, PBX systems, PABX systems, xDSL modems, sample and hold circuits.

• Supply voltage range from 4.5V to 36V and ±4.5V to ±20V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Normally open (NO) operation
• Pin compatible with MAX312/MAX313/MAX314 and DG411/DG412/DG413 devices
• Maximum low on-resistance of 25ohm at TA = +25°C (single supply)
• Crosstalk is greater than 96dB at f = 20KHz
• Maximum on-resistance match between channels is 2ohm at TA = +25°C (single supply)
• Maximum on-resistance flatness over specified signal range is 3.5ohm at TA = +25°C (single supply)
• Rail to rail signal handling
