LTC®2321-16 is a low noise, high speed dual 16bit successive approximation register (SAR) ADC with differential inputs and wide input common mode range. Typical applications include high speed data acquisition systems, communications, remote data acquisition, imaging, optical networking, automotive and multiphase motor control.
- 2Msps throughput rate, ±4LSB INL (typ), ±0.4LSB typ DNL
- Guaranteed 16bit, no missing codes
- 8VP-P differential inputs with wide input common mode range
- 81dB SNR (typ), -85dB THD (typ) and 80dB typ at fIN = 500KHz
- No cycle latency and guaranteed operation to 125°C
- Single 3.3V or 5V supply and 1.8V to 2.5V I/O voltages
- Low drift (20ppm/°C Max) 2.048V or 4.096V internal reference
- CMOS or LVDS SPI-compatible serial I/O and power dissipation of 31mW/Ch (Typ)
- 28 lead QFN package
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
