LT®1677 low noise rail-to-rail precision operational amplifier. It is suitable for use in low noise signal processing, microvolt accuracy threshold detection, strain gauge amplifiers, tape head preamplifiers, direct coupled audio gain stages, infrared detectors and battery-powered microphones applications.
- Wide supply range: 3V to ±18V and rail to rail input and output
- 100% tested low voltage noise: 3.2nV/√Hz typ and 4.5nV/√Hz max at 1KHz
- Input offset voltage is 210µV at -40°C ≤ TA ≤ 85°C
- Common mode rejection ratio is 68dB at VCM = -0.1V to 3.1V
- Power supply rejection ratio is 125dB at VS = 2.7V to 40V, VCM = VO = 1.7V
- 2.0V/µs typ slew rate at RL ≥ 10K, -40°C ≤ TA ≤ 85°C
- Typical 7.2MHz gain bandwidth product at fO = 100KHz
- High AVOL: 7V/µV min, RL = 10K
- 8 lead SOIC package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
