LT®1206 is a current feedback amplifier with high output current drive capability and excellent video characteristics. This is stable with large capacitive loads and can easily supply the large currents required by the capacitive loading. A shutdown feature switches the device into a high impedance, low current mode, reducing dissipation when the device is not in use. For lower bandwidth applications, this supply current can be reduced with a single external resistor. Typical applications are video amplifiers, cable drivers, RGB amplifiers, test equipment amplifiers, buffers.

• 250mA minimum output drive current
• 60MHz bandwidth (AV = 2, RL = 100 ohm)
• 900V/µs slew rate (AV = 2, RL = 50 ohm)
• 0.02% differential gain (AV = 2, RL = 30 ohm)
• 0.17° differential phase (AV = 2, RL = 30 ohm)
• High input impedance of 10Mohm
• Wide supply range from ±5V to ±15V
• Shutdown mode is <lt/>200µA, adjustable supply current
• Temperature rating range from -40°C to 85°C
• 8-lead plastic DIP package
