HMC641ALP4E

HMC641ALP4E is a general-purpose, nonreflective, single pole, four-throw (SP4T) switch manufactured using a gallium arsenide (GaAs) process. This switch offers high isolation, low insertion loss, and on-chip termination of the isolated ports. It includes an on-chip, binary 2 to 4 line decoder that provides logic control from two logic input lines. Application includes test instrumentation, microwave radios and very small aperture terminals (VSATs), military radios, radars, and electronic counter measures (ECMs), and broadband telecommunications systems.

• Integrated 2 to 4 line decoder, high input linearity at 250MHz to 20GHz
• Third-o41rder intercept is 41dBm (VSS = -5V, VSS = −3V or −5V, TCASE = 25°C)
• Between RFC and RF1 to RF4 (On) is 2.0dB (typ, 0.1GHz to 12GHz, TCASE = 25°C)
• Rise and fall time is 30ns (typ, 10% to 90% of radio frequency (RF) output, TCASE = 25°C)
• 1dB power compression is 24dBm (typ, VSS = −5V, TCASE = 25°C), nonreflective 50 ohm design
• Third-order intercept is 41dBm (VSS = −5V, TCASE = 25°C), nonreflective 50 ohm design
• Voltage range from -5 to -3V (VSS pin, TCASE = 25°C)
• Current is 1.7mA (typ, VSS = −3V or −5V, VCTRL = 0V or VSS, TCASE = 25°C)
• 24-LFCSP package, temperature range from -40 to +85°C
