ADL5566 is a high performance, dual differential amplifier optimized for IF and DC applications. Typical application includes differential ADC drivers, single-ended to differential conversion, RF/IF gain blocks and SAW filter interfacing.

• 4.5GHz -3dB BW (AV=16dB) and fixed 16dB gain and fast settling and overdrive recovery of 2.5ns
• Channel to channel gain error is 0.1dB at 100MHz and ch to ch phase error is 0.06° at 100MHz
• Differential or single ended input to differential output
• I/O DC-coupled or AC -coupled
• Low noise I/P stage of 1.3nV/√Hz RTI at AV = 16dB and slew rate is 18V/ns
• Maintains low distortion down to 1.2V VCOM
• Fixed 16dB gain can be reduced by adding external resistors
• Single supply operation of 2.8V to 5.2V, power -down
• Low DC power consumption of 462mW at 3.3V supply
• 24 lead LFCSP-EP package and operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
